As a club member, you'll have the opportunity to attend a variety of sporting events, such as NFL games or NASCAR races, dinners and many other unique opportunities all paid by Schneider to include travel, hotel and food. In 2013, a selected group of club members took a ride in a blimp and toured Goodyear's production plant in Akron.
Matching contributions up to 6%. 1%-4% Schneider matches $.50 per dollar, 5%-6% Schneider matches dollar for dollar.
Schneider will continue to pay active duty military members who are involuntarily activated or deployed for up to 18 months, minus military pay.

Over 75% of Schneider drivers get home weekly. Intermodal drivers can sometimes get home daily.
Eligible passengers include friends over the age of 18, and family members over the age of 10.
6 months of safe driving is required prior to taking passengers. Required insurance is available through Schneider, and only 1 passenger is allowed at a time
Recent driving school graduates will be eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $6,000, at the rate of $150 per month (nontaxable), after 30 days of employment with Schneider
If you drove a truck at some point during your time in the military and were discharged in the last 12 months, or are actively serving in the Guard or Reserves*, 100% of your time served will be used as Schneider driving experience credit towards pay and benefits.
If you served in the military in a non-transportation capacity and were discharged in the last 12 months or are actively serving in the Guard or Reserves, 25% of your time served will be used as Schneider driving experience credit towards pay and benefits.
