Eligible passengers include friends over the age of 18, and family members over the age of 10.
6 months of safe driving is required prior to taking passengers. Required insurance is available through Schneider, and only 1 passenger is allowed at a time
Recent driving school graduates will be eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $6,000, at the rate of $150 per month (nontaxable), after 30 days of employment with Schneider
If you drove a truck at some point during your time in the military and were discharged in the last 12 months, or are actively serving in the Guard or Reserves*, 100% of your time served will be used as Schneider driving experience credit towards pay and benefits.
If you served in the military in a non-transportation capacity and were discharged in the last 12 months or are actively serving in the Guard or Reserves, 25% of your time served will be used as Schneider driving experience credit towards pay and benefits.
