Wilson Logistics offers a Paid CDL Training Program designed for those with no prior experience wanting to become a professional over-the-road (OTR) truck driver. We have two training locations: Missoula, MT and Springfield, MO. We hire out of all the lower 48 states.

• Home every 3-4 weeks(varies during training)
• Take home time anywhere & park at home
• Refrigerated and dry van freight
• Equipment: Average age of trucks is 16 months old and still getting new trucks delivered
• Feature: Double bunks, 24" satellite TVs, electric APUs, 1500-watt inverters
• Best pet policy in trucking: No pet deposit, no breed restrictions, no weight limit(upon hire)
• One rider over the age of 10 allowed on the truck(upon hire)

Qualifications For Paid CDL Training

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Active driving license for 3 years
• Class A Permit
• DOT Physical and Medical Card
• Social Security Card
• US Citizenship or Alien Registration Card
• NO convictions from the following list in the past 3 years:
  • Speeding 15mph or more over the posted speed limit
  • Following too close
  • Unsafe or erratic lane change
  • Reckless driving
