I need help people I to know how to get retested what company would hire me

I have had to deal with "surprise" positive tests with my permit students. Nicest guy & great student one day gets a phone call. "Cocaine"! Swift automatically dumped him out to the street, no negotiation, no retest, no bus ticket home. This is a company prerogative, no Federal law applies.

However you should be able to work with the drug test lab if you do have prescriptions or other circumstances that mitigate the results.

Yeah like errol said. The company has the option to allow you to retest to keep your job, some do, some don't. The lab you submitted your sample to should definitely allow the retest and if its different you can use that to challenge the submission to the clearinghouse I believe.

Iv done everything and talked to a lot of people what I need is to a company to hire me I got screwed by the system maybe I am one a thousand that got some tech screwed up on my test nothing I can do about it but people say there are companies out there that will hire u other than the big boys thanks

The fact is I don't do drugs they wouldn't let me retest I even offered to pay for it iv talk to everyone at Clearinghouse-Registration-Driver even if the tech made a mistake my name is on it what I need help with u know any trucking company will hire me

I took new drug test in ohio one that they send away came back positive I was not allow to observe it I been driving for 20 years never failed a test cause I don't do drugs now no will hire me I can't even appeal it lawyer wants 5000 up front no promises do have any suggestions

I have to say, at least you didn't make up a story about your friends tricking you by putting out a bowl of weed gummies. I would request a retest. If you happened to have used marijuana however, remember it can stay in your system and be detected around the 30 day mark. Most other drugs have a 3 or 4 day clearance mark. What drug did they say you tested positive for? It should be written on the copy of the failure paperwork you recieved.
