Running on recaps

Hey guys. I have a few questions. If I want to run on recaps how many hours should should I actually be driving per day? In addition, what about the time I need each day to get fuel and bathroom breaks and godforbid I want to take a shower?

I’m trying to add all this up and it seems like I would go over 70 hours in an 8 day period. Can someone help me figure this out?

If you run out of recap hours, usually it means your next dispatch is after midnight, not at the end of a 34.
