Skipping gears

When on an up-shift what RPM’s do I need to be on to skip , like for example 6th to 8th gear & same for downshift when trying to skip from 10th to 8th and so on what RPM’s do I need to look at and how high do I need to Rev. What are the “sweet spots” lol
