Get CDL in one state w/ 2 DUI in other state

2 DUI in a 10yr time, I'm guessing. Letter says according to OR****

What reason did they give for this? Since States link to other States, you probably can't.

Get CDL in one state w/ 2 DUI in other state

Got a DUI conviction in 2009 & another in 2016. Both in personal vehicle in OR. went thru all the programs, blower, etc. Got my CDL fully reinstated, been driving truck this whole time. Now, Aug 2021, DMV says they're going to suspend my CDL for Life!! I'm 65, drove truck my whole life, never did any other type of job/work. If, in fact, they can really do this; can I get my CDL in another state before the suspension?
