Welcome to our forum Tommy!
I'll just give you a heads up. We are a little biased. We are biased toward the truth. We don't allow you to say anything you please, and if you are toxic you will have trouble posting comments here. We have no idea what your issues have been elsewhere, but we don't allow anything and everything. If you can be constructive and helpful in a conversation, that is great. Anything else may not be tolerated. We are open to discussion and ideas, but not to belligerence or antagonism. We do our best to have civil conversations here. If we disagree we try to do that with reason and logic supported by facts and truth.
Thank you for the welcome. Always up for polite conversation .
I can assure you I am not a rebel rouser and far from Toxic, that's just a label that other site chooses for people that they disagree with.
If you feel the following statement Toxic than please feel free to edit it out .
I am living science as well as all my other friends that are in their late 50s and early 70s drinking and smoking while living down here in SW Florida since Covid began . Mean while it remained for the most part unlocked down and bars and restaurants open and we're all alive to talk about it , and yet to know anyone that has been hospitalized "
That's just my experience.

All I can say is that it is a relief to see that this site is unbiased and allows free speech, unlike a certain other trucking forum that a specific moderator will label you as Toxic and will ban you for stating any view he disagrees with.
Keep up the good work and this sites name Says it all TruckingTruth.

Trucking companies and COVID Vaccine
I took a break from trucking in June of 2019 with a plan to take the winter off in Florida and than head up north in the Spring of 2020 and work on my truck for a couple months than go back trucking .
Well covid hit and between that and the riots and the fact that my semi was in my 1 lung 78 year old mother inlaws polebarn up in Lockdown Michigan I couldn't talk myself out of staying put in Florida .
I'm not going to be the one who got her sick with covid.
So I spent another winter down here in Florida and most of the summer. Trying to talk myself into heading up there and working on the truck for a couple months than come back to Florida for winter and get truckin in the Spring.
This next realm of trying to force vaccinate is just another excuse for me to stay put in my Safe Space on the beach .
