Failed drug test

The only person who can change the test results is the MRO, and since he or she did fulfill the interview requirements by asking and verifying the prescription, then what is the chance of the MRO admitting its mistake.. call USDOT compliance. I can get u the #

The lab and the company know the seriousness of the test and the career ending damage of a positive test. They should be open to work with you to clear this up.

You'll need documentation for your prescriptions, and possibly a letter from the prescribing doctor.

Failed drug test

You may have a valid prescription and reports to backup your claim but if get a MRO that refuses to even look at the information ,there is nothing you can do, all this information is backup by emails from MRO. I was with FXF for 28 safe driving years, and this happened to me .

It's not a failed drug test if you have valid prescriptions and there's a correlation between one of your prescriptions and the test result. However, if you test positive for something and you do not have a valid prescription for it then it's a failed test.

It shouldn't be difficult to get this cleared up if you simply failed the test because of one of your prescriptions.
