So I can't just pay it myself and get a refresher? Threw the school I went to?
Now was not the time to quit. Truck driving Jobs are becoming increasingly harder to find due to the shape of the economy. Who knows how things are going to look like in a few months.
Don’t just assume you’re going to be eligible for a refresher course when you quit after a month.

Okay so I had 2 weeks of training but only in my home town, my account was dedicated to Pennsylvania and some other states, for the last week of training 3rd week, I was in a 28ft trailer in a day cab... when I'm suppose to be driving a 53 ft w/ sleeper to a few different states not just Pennsylvania, we drive automatic but we do have the choice of the fake manual, I asked my trainer how do u use the manual? He said u don't need to use it... and I'm like okay 😐 then he shows me cruise control and how it controls ur speed, but u can't use that if it's snowing or raining, I also asked how do u use the jake... he wouldn't show me, then because of us driving a 28ft trailer in Chicago, I wasn't shown how to slide my tandems so I told them.. I felt undertrained they said okay.. well" go get ur truck and we'll train u more so i wait 4 days to get my truck finally I get it and have no experience in it, it's a newer truck, the ones I drove in were old, there was alot more to this, but yeah I keep getting alot of maybe from my job, and to many people lieing to me, the ground was being held by magic "maybe" being employed with them, and no I didn't get my license with them, I went to a community College for it, and the reason why I said refresher was because one company did call me in March after starting with my mega company asking if I would apply with them.. and I said yeah but I haven't drove in 4 months guy says "that's okay we only require 48 hour refresher
We need a lot more details and background from you before we can point you in the correct direction.

Hey everyone, I'm not sure how to write this out but I just started working for a mega company in March and I just quit 2 days ago cause it was horrible I felt undertrained and when I brought up problems to my jobs mechanic on the truck they would say eh ull be fine... when it's not fine cause it's leaking power steering fluid anyway I ended up leaving the company and just going to take care of some things and apply for some companies in a few months will this be a issue? I don't mind paying for a refresher course

Waiting a little bit
Your acting as if I have a DUI or something on my driving record lol?
I quit in order to prevent anything going on my driving record, I refuse to drive under trained and unaware of how to use my manual and jake, I refuse to drive with my power steering reservoir leaking and my steering wheel making noises as I turn... and a mechanic putting it on a back burner as if it's nothing cause it's not... 80,000 can kill a family
But yeah let's just blame me and not the company who brushed it off over and over again.
