Was I too much a "bad boy" as a young man?

If no one else will give you a chance, try Swift. The past for the most part should stay in the past. I tried several companys and Swift was the first to respond with a positive answer. There were others later, but I had already signed with Swift so far, no regrets and I'm thankful for the chance.

Swift Academy

I just finished school in Corsicana Tx. The key is do your research and plan, know what your getting into and what to expect. With help from this web-site and the forum I had no surprises. I took all five of my test at DMV the first day of school and passed with a 96 point average, ( thanks to Trucking Truth ). Get that done before you get to school, talk to your recruiter about where to get your physical beforehand. BE PREPARED!! It's fast paced, pay attention and study. I cant say much about the motel, I've stayed in worse. The training at the school, I passed my driving test at DMV with a 98. Need I say more. If Swift is as good as the school I'll be happy. On to the next chapter, orientation in Lancaster.

Ok to hire

I'm going to company school, start next Monday. It was the company that did the background check, I explained the charge and they approved me for hire.

Ok to hire

I guess I'm getting closer to school as I signed a letter from investigations that stated ; I was ok to hire. Was worried about a 4yr old charge for carrying a concealed weapon. Explained everything and guess I'm good to go!!
