Then she posts on another thread that there are two separate speeding tickets in a three year period. May be your problem. SMH...
Yes I have 2, but the one that disqualified me from all the megas is the 30 over, that's why I asked specifically about this one

Can you give me a job? I just got my CDL last week but no one wants to hire me because I have 2 speeding tickets in the last 3 years, one of the 30 over the limit. I don't even care about the pay I just need to get my foot in the door. So can I get a job?

Getting hired with a speeding ticket for 30 over
A year ago I got a ticket for speeding 30 over the limit on the freeway in my car. The megas didn't want to pay for my CDL because of that ticket, so I just got it on my own, but now I don't know where to apply. There has to be at least one company willing to hire me, right?
Did you know you can fill out one quick form here on TruckingTruth and apply to several companies at once for paid CDL training? Seriously! The application only takes one minute. You will speak with recruiters today. There is no obligation whatsoever. Learn more and apply here:

Getting hired with a speeding ticket for 30 over
I was going 95 in a 65 on the freeway, I know it's still really bad but not as bad as going 45 in 15 school zone. I was dumb. It was a stupid mistake and thank God I got the ticket instead of getting in an accident. After that, I decided to become a truck driver and now I take driving much more seriously. I have more respect for the road now. I guess the only way I can prove that I have learned my lesson and changed my driving habits is by not speeding or getting tickets anymore for the rest of my life. But in the meantime I need a job and I hope there's companies out there willing to give me a chance. Western express and May transportation said yes but I'll see what happens after I apply.
