I-81 through VA and PA?

Driving in the mountains after 22 years still scares the crap out of me. It's mainly psychological.

I'm still a pretty new driver, and so far I have been running more southern but now I am on a load going up to Mehoopany, Pa. I've not dealt with the driving around the mountains and steep grades so much yet. Just curious as what to expect.
