Improving CSA Scores

I just got my CLP 3 days ago and was set to go to truck driving school on Monday. All of a sudden my csa scores [i think are at 33%] from when I was operating a box truck cross country came up and now the company has rescinded its offer How do I improve my csa scores when I am not driving a truck?
