DOT drug test

Hello everyone, I’m a new CDL permit holder student getting ready to start orientation in two weeks I have to go for my drug test this week Im very nervous because my medication is known to cause false positives results and I have never done any type of hard drugs in my life I don’t drink alcohol I don’t smoke cigarettes I don’t even smoke weed I’ve tried it in the past i don’t like it it gives me headaches and makes me paranoid but I know my system is drugs free and clean but I do have a form from my doctor stating that my medication may cause false positive results on drugs tests so I really need some advice from some experienced drivers that may be able to help take some weight off my shoulders will I get disqualified for a false positive result due to medication even though I have the doctors form stating what the medication may do to the test

Please help I would really appreciate it

Thank you 🙏
