So, I took a job with JB hunt a couple months ago. Did the orientation and then 2 days worth of the training on their dock. (Never actually drove anything) this was a flat bed account hauling glass. Within that first 2 days, I realized that my fear of heights made it very hard to climb up and secure the loads on these specialized flat beds. This being said, I chose to not continue my training and leave. Fast forward a few weeks, I get rejected for other jobs because they listed on my DAC that I was terminated. I reach out to JB Hunt and they inform me that they list termination as the separation reason for all previous employees and it does not necessarily mean that I was fired. They won’t change the reasoning because they claim they are a neutral reporting company(whatever that means). My problem is, most recruiters don’t even bother letting you explain, they just ghost you once they see this on DAC.

Previous employer reported to DAC
Hello.
What are my options?
