Past high school weed use and new DOT physical exam

I’m going to a Lineman school and they require a DOT physical for a Class A CDL. I’m only 18. My doctors office does this exam and they have a positive test for THC from a year ago in my medical record when I was in high school. The medical exam form asks about illegal drug use in the last 2 years. I no longer smoke weed but am worried I won’t pass the exam because of this question. My doctor at this same clinic also prescribes me Adderall for my ADHD. I only take it for school. He’s not the one doing the exam. Should I be worried about this? What can I do? I really want to be able to do this lineman job and I need the Class A permit to attend the school. They provide the actual training. Please advise.
