Thanks Richard! I will definitely have a lot of questions especially when I get to my trainer part lol. Not having any flatbed experience I will have tons of questions for sure. Retiring from the fire department I had the last 13 years of driving but since we drove emergency vehicles we were dot exempt so I have tons of learning to do!! BK I work part time right now until I leave with our game and fish on a biology boat fishing all day lol. That is an alligator snapping turtle we caught a few weeks ago…I love those guys…they are kinda like living dinosaurs to me lol.

Good evening everyone!! Been reading and looking on this site for a long time but am just now making the move into a trucking career. Thanks for the awesome study guide on here that has helped me on my class a permit which I obtained today! I am now scheduled to start with TMC on the 18th of this month for orientation…looking forward to my new career. Any advice anyone has going into this new career would be much appreciated and hopefully everything goes well and I will be seeing some of y’all on the road soon! Stay safe everyone!

Saying Hi
Thanks B Y! It was a pretty nice one lol…weighed in just over 92 pounds. We are only allowed to keep common snappers here as well, the alligator snappers are protected here too. We catch them every now and then in our nets as our primary responsibility is removing invasive carp from the waters. All other wildlife are documented and returned to the waters. That guy was sent off on his way after the photo lol.
