Suspensions and getting hired

I was recommended to look into CR England. I saw that they said that you can’t have any suspensions. I know they said no suspensions whatsoever but my suspensions are very low to no risk suspensions.

I wanted to see if someone could tell me if my situation could possibly be discussed and not outright turned down. I have 2 suspensions, one for not having insurance during an accident that I was found not at fault. I was just borrowing my brothers truck for a day and someone happened to try and beat me through a light. They were turning left across my lane of traffic where I was going straight at a green.

The other suspension was when I went to renew my plates I was $1 short that I figured overdraft would cover. It didnt and my license got suspended until I could pay the fee for it not going through.
