Questions about. Felony

Hey everyone, was just wondering ? I have a felony that's 20 years old of conspiracy to traffic in cannabis. I know I can get my CDL but getting a job I'm worried about,I don't wanna go through the school and get my cdl to never get hired afterwards.If anyone would know if I am just wasting my time or not let me know,cuz I'm really interested in driving truck Otr.Thank you Russell
