Problem with the industry - eld outlaws
Part One: -->NEVER<-- take a 1099 job as an employee. 1099 is for independent contractors, like gig jobs.
Part Two: the FMCSA SAFER Web Snapshot shows they are above the national average for out-of-service. (Can you take a hint?)
Part Three: A Google search does not pull up a real web page for the company. They seem to be only on Facebook!
They forced me to run 20 hours days And didn't let me service after a tire blow out they blamed me for not doing pre trip and took money off my check $3000 I wasn't paid for $6000 of my 2 weeks work and 1 week break downs

A Russian company "kalinka transport" from South Carolina just recruiting for a 1099 job and saying hey we change log books make some good money. How are they in business and does fmcsa do anything about it

They didn't let me service they were stingy
