Picking your Team driver for brand new cdl?

so I have had my class A for about 6 years now, however my brother just got his and were looking to drive teams together. my question is if anybody knows a reputable company or if it is reasonable to presume that I could find somewhere that would hire us on together even though he has the lack of experience?
