Ahhh okay, i just wish there was a way to fight that, i missed my window of opportunity to get it off by not taking the defensive driving course they offer. but even after the ticket i was able to get on with schneider so i didnt care to fight it at the time
Your problem has nothing to do with the economy. A 15 mph over is a major deal. That’s a reckless driving charge and a deal breaker for companies even in an excellent market. Let alone a market where drivers with clean records and experience are struggling to find a job.

So i got my cdl in january of this year and right after i immediately went on with schneider for 2 months. i got in my very 1st incident while pulling over on the shoulder to check if my tires blown because i heard rumbling. checked my tire and it was false alarm and when i tried to get back in my truck to leave. my tires were stuck in very deep mud due to it raining back the day prior. long story short i had to get towed out and no damage was done to the truck/load and was able to drive off. i drove for 20 minutes to get to a truck stop and my driver lead had called me and told me not to move for the rest of the day. she called me back the next morning and basically terminated me. 1st incident i got terminated and now its extremely hard to find driving jobs
i know the economy is bad blah blah blah. im in fort worth texas and been trying to find smaller companies to bring me on but where do i look? i have a 15mph speeding ticket which i was fined $200 from last year november but thats it. DAC is clean but still hard finding employment
