Hey Nancy, welcome to our forum, and we are so sorry to hear of your misfortune!

It's actually illegal to have multiple licenses. Your Arizona license is not really legitimate now that you got your California license. I'd dispose of that one.

Here's a link showing some paid training programs. Go through the list researching them until you can find one that does what you need. You will need some sort of address to get a trucking job. You will also need a three year timeline showing employment or some verifiable information pertaining to what you've been doing and where you were during that time.
