I don't know all the details perfectly, but yes Prime is essentially eliminating solo company drivers. Last I knew, you were forced to either go team with another company driver, or be put on a waiting list for the very few available solo driver positions.

Thank you for the info, I found the video! I think for me, and what would fit best would be Roehl at this point. Sounds like there’s multiple changes across the board for many companies coming along. Good evening! So, recently I’ve been hearing rumors, that everyone going through their GYCDL program and new trainee’s, are required to be team drivers now. Does anyone have any official information on this actually taking place? Or is it just rumors. I’m not against team driving, but would definitely prefer the solo route (I know their TNT is technically team driving, but it’s only for training). Any insight on this would be extremely helpful as I was originally going to choose them or Roehl to start my career. Thank you all!
