A good (terrible?) reminder to ALWAYS check your latch

We were just warned in our CDL school about checking that latch every time before we start driving again. And that it's often a result of vandalism disguised as "pranks."

Is there any legal & safe way to secure those latches? For example, lockwire with an anti-tamper seal?

Suggestion - Include Dates on Site's Wiki Articles & Reference Pages

I am currently enrolled in a CDL school and have been reading this site heavily the last couple of weeks.

I find the forum posts and articles very useful. One area for improvement would be to add "Last Updated On..." entries to the reference articles.

For example the Truck Driver Salary - The Complete Guide page has a section Truck Driver Salary by State prefaced with:

Below are the most recent median (or middle-of-the-pack) salaries for truck drivers by state

One does not know whether that's last year's numbers, or if they are 7+ years old, etc.

What are some other good places to look for this generalized information?
