Please help Identify this trucking company.

I was involved in a hit-and-run. I have dash-cam footage of the accident, but it's blurry. Police have given up since no one was physically hurt.

I think my only chance is for someone to see the video and recognize the logo on the blue truck.

It should be possible to download the video. The web view is a lot worse; I think. Regardless, the writing is not entirely discernable.
