Schneider Service Dog Denial

Hi, I’m trying to navigate the Schneider service dog disability accommodation process and have been denied. Has anyone actually been successful? It seems that they approve no one with a disability to have their service dog.

Has this happened to anyone and did they pursue it legally? Any recommendations I just want to drive with my service dog.
