Looking fo good starting company. (Have criminal record)

Hi, sorry if this is covered, still figuring out how to navigate this site. So I got my CDL A about six months ago. Had some things come up but finally looking to put it to use. So I'm looking for a good company to start with for a person with a criminal record. My felonies are 8 years old but I've had a recent simple assault which resulted in a fine. I really am trying to change, my driving record is perfect, but I have no experience other than my 160 hours at CDL school obv. I'm willing to go otr for however long and maybe even team driving. Also willing to do any type of trucking and get any endorsements I can. I just want the better paying one out of companies that may hire me while I get my year exp. Thank you for your time and help!
