We have all taken drug tests and your description does not sound right.

I have never heard of anyone taking 2 samples and pouring them together to make one.

Drinking water while waiting would have no effect on a second sample.

It sounds like an incomplete test from your description and that goes to the clearing house these days as a refusal. As of last monday that leads to a suspended cdl or permit.

How do you get back to the school that late in the business day and get dismissed by the next morning??

Why did the school send you home?? Why would they dismiss you but tell you to re-enroll to pickup where you left off. That sounds very strange to me.

Sounds like you will have to complete a sap to get your permit valid before you do anything.

Is this a private school? Your likely going to have a tough time finding a job once you get a cdl.

they didn't take two samples and poured into one yes since you told the doctor told me to sit there and drink water and then after I told her a drink like 6:00 or 7 cups of water she told me not to drink anymore cuz it would be diluted test surface was around 4:45 and then off of sudden she told me just to go home come back tomorrow and the school I called the lady at the school and she said we'll just get it figured out and roll and you can pick up where you left off I even asked you even said if I chose another school that she would email the stuff that I already completed to that school cuz I'm in Georgia and she's in North Carolina. Sorry if I came off rude there I just really really frustrated and don't know which way to turn or who to talk to about this

I was attending truck driveng school and on my 3rd week I was called to do a pre-employment drug screen. I walked to the doctors office from the school. I was called back to perform the screen and the doctor told me to remove everything out of my pockets and remove my hat, walk into the bathroom wash my hands and come out, then she give me the cup and give me instructions. I came out of the restroom and handed her the screen she told me she couldn't use it, to wait in the lobby and drink some water. Now let's go back , I arrived at the doctors office at 3:30 by the time it took me to sign in and wait on the other person in front of me it was3:50 when i was called back. I went back and I couldn't produce enough urine for the sample. The doctor told me give it a few more min but dont drink anymore water or the test could be diluted. I tried again at around 4:45 and got it half full. She poured what i give her into the test container and told me to wait and come back the next day. As this was going on the school dismissed me, so i was in panic mode and I boarded a train back home to Georgia..the next day I got to thinking about it so i called the doctor and the school to ask her what should i do, the doctor told me not to worry about it and my permit would not be affected by the situation. The school told me to talk to the place that hooked me up with the school and get re-enroll and pick up where i left off This was on wenday. I logged into the clearing house on friday and there's a violation for refusing a drug screen and directions on how enter into sap.Is there any advice
