New to class a

Hello everyone I’m new here I’ll be going for my cdl this summer. Any advice for a noob? I am considering schiender as a starter company. I hear they have an excellent training program. But they micro manage the hell out of you. What are there trucks like what is there idle policy. I know they have a strict no phone policy.
