CDLIS database update?
New driver here. Does anyone here have experience waiting on the federal CDLIS database to update from a DMV change?
I'm currently put out of service at a weigh station due to my commercial license status showing up as "Eligible" instead of "Licensed" when the DOT run my license # through the CDLIS database. There's absolutely no problems with my license, my med card, or my clearinghouse; this was just an error on the DMV's part. I already called my DMV and talked to several people and, according to them, they have updated my status to "Licensed" but told me that it may take 24-48 hours to show up. It's been 2 1/2 days now and is still showing up as eligible. Does anyone know how long it can typically take for the database to update after being sent new information from a DMV? They told me 24-48 hours but a Google search says up to 10 days. Just wondering if anyone has any prior experience in a similar situation.
