How come you are no longer with Schneider? Did they fire over this? Did you report it properly?

Have you tried applying at 2nd chance companies like Cr. England and Western Express?

I was fired over this, however in my dac it doesn't say I was fired (I guess it's assumed though). I finally got a yes from Western Express today! I will try CR England to thank you!

So I worked for Schneider for 3 months. I did a u turn (yes I learned my lesson) and got stuck in the dirt. I was winched out, drove away. No damage no, injury, non fatality, non dot reportable. I paid the winch out so it cost the company nothing. Load got there on time. This was May 2024. Now I'm needed to get back to trucking. I'm paying 2500 for refresher course, but the DAC report is ruining me. How can this ruin my career? How can I get tractor trailer exp. If no one will how me? I would pay to get hired or volunteer for exp. I was making 1500 a week, now I make 500 a week as a 40yo man. Getting desperate what should I do? How can this ruin my career? How to get experience of no one will hire? Can I pay to get exp? Pay to work?? Haha thanks
