May have screwed the pooch (newbie here)

Last February i was hired on at big name company right out of cdl school. did my orientation went with a trainer for 3 months did really good got alot of miles. went back for orientation 2 did good but then they dragged there feet with a finishing trainer and i sat on the yard for 15 days so they were forcing me to restart my training. so i left because they also stopped paying me. After i left i went to a local company for the past 7 months and i split my time between a tt and a straight truck home every night. I wanna get back over the road really bad and the company iam with now is starting a downward spiral. but now nobody will touch me. i grew up driving trucks and i was a heavy duty diesel tech before i started driving and i have zero tie downs and am wiling to pick up and go at a moments notice. did i screw up my truck driving career by leaving the big name company?
