Trucker girlfriend... how is it like?
My boyfriend and I had been together for two years before I went and got my CDL. It is rough...takes a lot of trust and communication(which is really hard with the laws and policies) he would work for 3 weeks and come home for 3 days...definitely hard on a relationship but we got through it...and I would do his laundry and cook him home cooked meals...and even clean up after his weekend home projects after he left back out...he kept saying he worked 70 hours a week and that I couldn't do what he did...so in August of last year I went to trucking school in Newport AR and got my CDL at the end of August! Started driving for Tyson Foods in September of last year...and by November, I was driving in the truck with him...we have lots of fun together although it is a job so one of us is sleeping while the other one drives...
