Hello, I have a questions... I live in Indiana, but I'm moving to Kinston, North Carolina at the end of June. I've started the process to attend RoadMaster school and class starts July 7th 2014. As soon as I get to NC I GUESS I need to go to the BMV and apply for NC OPERATORS? Or can I wait til I complete training? Also, would I be able to get my medical card while in Indiana and NC ACCEPT IT? I'm just trying to get a head start so I can focus on other things once I get my medical card and permit done?? What's the best course of action? Thanks in advance.
