Being a Felon & Getting a truck driving job

I'm having no luck what so ever finding a driving job after just getting out of prison. Seems like all the companys that do hire felons require your felonys to be at least 3 years old. By the time mine are 3 years old, I'll have missed out on alot of driving. My parole officer has agreed to let me drive from state to state, but now I cant find a driving job. I feel like I'm up against a wall at every turn. I hate that I cant put my class A CDL to use. Does anybody have any suggestions?
