Officially in the drivers seat
Congratulations! I've been with Schneider myself going on seven months months now and I couldn't be happier. When I look back on my first couple of weeks on my own now, it seemed that whatever could go wrong did go wrong. I was missing exits, making wrong turns , it took forever to find a spot to drop a trailer. I remember talking to my DBL that first week and I thought I was about to be fired and he says to me " Dave, your doing great keep up the good work". Whatever happens don't get discouraged, after a while, things will start to place.
