Arrived Celadon Indy

First two days were strictly classroom instruction on the cdl manual. Physicals and drug testing also.basic dot physical, nothing special. Taking necessary permit testing and tanker endorsements today and tomorrow. Got conflicting answers on whether I have to retake all my permit tests...will find out this morning from DMV. I had an Indiana cdl permit from CRE and a receipt, but was told they can cancel your permit (CRE). Celadon is buying lots of new equipment, both tractors and trailers. I've heard they are going to be financing trucks, servicing trucks and selling parts for drivers who like to do their own maintenance. They are keeping their trucks three years and then buying new,and selling old trucks to minimize their own maintenance costs.

how is that conpany sir ?

HELP CONVICTED FELON

Maybe Brett and the other experienced guys have more ideas for school funding ...

... and your workforce should have other programs to suggest too - at least to point you in the right direction. If you're up for digging around for information, there might be other avenues for assistance, who knows?

HELP CONVICTED FELON

I finished school a few weeks ago and I'm applying for jobs and interviewing, starting tomorrow. I would check with your state Workforce too, for funding. That's how I got funded. It took a few months for that to go through, but I really needed assistance and with some hard work, I got approved so I only paid for my steel-toed boots and fuel to get ttherehere (still tough on my walt but I made it)

Thats good im gone try to do workfoce 2000 is all they give im gone try to see a school . On friday the school cost 5000 i dont have the cash to pay for anything lol im try to get a loan lol

HELP CONVICTED FELON

I'm in Colorado and the felon in my class who still has almost 5 years probation left also has a class B. I'll see if I can ask around. He was a can-do guy, so I'll see how he's doing, if I can get hold of whoever has his contact info.

That's the spirit. I had two formerly convicted felons in my CDL class. (We were a heck-of-a, motley crew!) One had just finished 30 years of hard time and had 4.5 years of probation left. During probation he won't be able to leave the state. The other had way lesser stuff but got a local job 2 weeks after school ended. I will ask both of my classmates what their take is on it and then get back on here and tell you what I find.

What state are you guys in im in nyc its hard to get local jobs as well for me to i have a class b and its still hard as hell lol get back to me or i can give you my email to keep up thanks bro
