Well, you know my name is Wanda and I'm an African-American 47 year old who is interested in becoming a professional truck driver. I am currently employed in the textile business as a warper operator (which makes me feel like I'm locked in a dark cell from 4-12 five days a week). I feel that trucking will free me from this situation:-) I am already one who loves to travel and hey, why not get paid for it. I look forward to my future training with the company school that has accepted me as a candidate. Everyone wish me luck, and good luck to you all as well.

Hey Ladies, I just wanted to let everyone know that I got my permit today!!! I'll be starting school with Swift Transportation in a couple of weeks. Anyone know anything about Swift Driving School in Millington, Tenn.? Please respond.
