Celadon and Osborn Transportation CDL Refresher course

I was wondering if anyone knew about how the Celadon refresher course was? Its 2 to 5 days depending your skill level. I was thinking about attending. They seem like a good company and i have read the training forums a little. I know no company is perfect. I have been off the road for 5 years and im really wondering if a 2 to 5 day refresher course is enough? Any information on there refresher course or some other refresher courses would be appreciated. Than you guys.
