Celadon/Quality drivers

Is not a 4 to 6 week school! It's a 16 to 1 instructors ratio on ranges & 8 to 1 on road instructors. Average seems to be 8-12 weeks here. You may get 2 turns range time a week & two 1/2 hr to 45 min turns of drive time a week if your lucky. It's really depends if you can get favoritism or not. at a school with better than 150 students at any given time ,after all they only have so much buddy time to give out.

Celadon/ Quality training

OK thanks, I'm going to get a bus ticket to Indianapolis tomorrow. I heard or read a lot of horror story's about time it takes there an for now I'm going to assume its more the trainee than the school. Everyone progresses different. I can handle the test & the truck from moving them on the yard. So maybe things will go on schedule.
