Hey bro I was in your shoes last week. I started KLLM in Jackson Mississippi on Monday and we are already going for permits tomorrow. Once you get started it is going to fly by but with a lot of hurry up and wait. Keep studying rite up till the last minute. I scored a 91 today on a practice cdl test in class today and it wasn't from hightliting what the teacher told us to do in the permit book for 1 day.

I maybe jumping out on a limb here just because I am still a couple of short days away from getting in a rig out on the range but my suggestion is maybe have someone video your actions with a tablet or high $ phone a couple of times and the sit down and review it.

After going through study guides on here I am ready to challenge cdl permit test so I can get out on range and start backing . not gonna lie that $500 will be nice also

Made it through first day off school unlike my hotel room are who didn't make it to lunch with medical problems. All paperwork and physical. Have about a dozen in the class and about 8refreshers started today. Just found out after I pass permits test KLLM gives a $500 bonus. Thats$$$ enexpected.

I made it to Jackson into the hotel and have a decent roommate. Skyped with the kids for a little bit and start school tomorrow. Can't wait to get started

Getting ready to start cdl school for KLLM in Jackson Mississippi. Both nervous and anxious. Wish there was a.way to fast forward about 6 months into the future. Hate leaving the wife and kids but have to do something to better the families future. Not so much stressing school as much as thinking bout training in someone else truck. Hoping to get family man like myself so I don't miss kids Christmas.
