Knight transportation vs millis transfer

Find out if they will let you take the truck home for home time. If so the distance from the terminal won't matter. I live over 700 miles from my companies closest terminal. Talk to a recruiter from each company to see which one fits your needs best. If you like them both equally after your research then the closer terminal might be your choice. Good luck.

unfortunately i live in chicago suburbs and no truck parking even bob tails in residential areas. i could always rent a spot near by but that would mean paying monthly rate to use the spot couple days a month. all though i saw a prime bob tail parked at a local grocery store parking lot for several days

Knight transportation vs millis transfer

hello everyone and thanks for reading. so i would like to hear every ones opinion about these two companies. i just turned 21 years old and both of these companies hire 21 years of age. i heard pretty good stuff about millis transfer. i live outside of chicago so nearest terminal from millis is about 2 hours away which is what i like least about millis on the other hand knight transportation has a terminal only about 30 mins away which is a major plus for when on home time not a bad drive. im just pretty much stuck on choosing between both i already applied to both. im planning to get my cdl permit by this week already have medical card.

Failed drug test from former employer

double-quotes-start.png

being it was not a truck driving related job is it possible for them to find out this information if you did not tell them. i wonder if putting you quit the job or not even telling them about that job unless you worked there for some time would have changed there decission.

It was for a while.

i would try and cover that up i thought they find out about it.

*doubt

How did they found out about your failed drug test if only for a retail job?

Told them when they asked what was the reason for the termination.
