Hello everyone, I could use some info on the good and bad of running northeast regional vs Cross country for prime in the reefer division and does the miles average about the same, is the wait time to get loaded and unloaded longer in the northeast. The recruiter said it's .48 cpm in the northeast and just was wondering why? Prime seems to be my top choice so far of company's to get my CDL through so I am just trying to do all the homework I can. Any info would be great, thanks

Thank you for the info, it's greatly appreciated. Just curious but is that 40,000 miles with prime during training combined miles with your trainer? Also does prime have cdl classes that start every week. Last thing is do you think you can at least make $40,000.00 your first year gross being a company driver and do they push leasing a truck hard on you which I'm not interested in? Any info would be great, thanks

I live in Lockport new York, about 25 min near niagara falls. I really like Prime Inc overall but concerned about the team driving with a trainer. With Knight Transportation you don't have to team drive. Also do you get detention pay with prime, I believe you do with knight and they want you to get 2500 miles a week which is great. What I really like about prime is the pay and it doesn't matter if I'm out at a month's time. Last thing is do you sit a lot to get loaded and unloaded with prime in there reefer division. First time on this forum and any advice would be great, thanks eric
