If your on any type of benzo you won't be approved for driving..

You can talk with an approved DOT physician to determine if your current med is DOT approved.

National registry for approved dot physicians in your area.

not on any benzo's

Anyone take Busporian ?

I don't know about that one in particular but just give a call to any doctor or hospital that gives DOT physicals and they'll let you know if it's ok or not. Also, before you show up at either a Company-Sponsored Training Program (if you're going that route) or orientation for your first job make sure they know about any medications you're currently taking. Some companies have specific policies against certain medicines or types of medicines so just make sure ahead of time that they know about it and it's ok.

Thanks bro. Do you know any drivers that are on antidepressants of anxiety meds?

I take 200 mg of Zoloft for anxiety /depression been taking for over 6 months. I also take 2 blood medications. propranolol and lisinopril. will this disqualify me from driving I heard it wouldn't they don't get me drowsy or anything. So what do I do when I get to the DOT part or better yet say?
