My fiance has been solo out of school since march. He just recieved this from colorado, it says he must appear in municipal court on certain date or warrant for arrest, fines, suspend dl, etc?). I am assuming this would be connected to an accident he had there? He made a sharp turn and hit a yellow cement pole thing. But no one else was involved...or am I missing something and this has nothing to do with trucking? Just got it in mail today and have no idea what's going on. The paper says nothing on why he has to go.

Another question if anyone comes back here.. when you get 30 min breaks, do you HAVE to take that break ( at least while with a mentor?)?

LOL, I was afraid he'd just forgot him and went on to next stop...so he went inside and they GPS'd the truck. Mentor moved the truck to the very back of the lot and left. My Fiance went to the truck, mentor was gone. He waited.....eventually mentor showed up.

Long story short, my fiancé switched mentors...and after switching, apparently found out the mentor had lied, ADDED things to his..ok, im not savy on the lingo...the papers that the mentor has to fill out, etc, that my fiancé hadn't even done.. And my fiancé has 26 backings left to complete, and he is on week 5..........so new mentor is helping with all that...

So new mentor is wonderful, but my fiancé's nerves are shot. He is so stressed out that I think he is doing a lot worse with new mentor. But hopefully he can calm down and finish, now or eventually....

I was freaking out, because, well, I'd heard someone say their mentor dumped them off before lol. Oh, and apparently old mentor will no longer be on mentor duty.

Could the mentor just be gone for a few? He said he was sleeping in the truck and my fiancé was smoking by the building...and when he looked up the truck was gone.

My fiancé has 7 days left in mentorship before he can come home.

So my fiancé called me...and said his mentor is gone...he left him at a terminal..but has ALL of his stuff in the truck? He called him twice, no answer. What can he do? He literally ONLY has a phone on him, the mentor has his debit card, id's , clothes, etc?? or could he have turned them in somewhere??

What are the policies on this? If any?

Salt Lake City, Utah is where he is supposed to be going after a week in Missouri. I have been googling for a month and never once saw anything about a Utah school with Swift- so was shocked to say the least lol.
