I'm applying for a CDL apprenticeship program through a few trucking companies and they ask about your driving record in the past 3-5 years. Let's say I got a speeding ticket and took it to court to avoid points on my DL and the judge withholds adjudication or rules not guilty, does that still count on your driving record as a moving violation? I read somewhere that those don't appear on your driving record when you request a print out of the past 3/7 years (atleast in Florida), unless you get the "complete" record. What do trucking companies actually look at? The fact that there was a ticket or an actual conviction?
