Metaltinkerbell's Bio

I am a mother of 4 wonderful daughters who are grown and married to great guys and I have 6 grandchildren 5 boys and 1 girl. I love my family more than life itself but I am ready to do this for myself. I have family that are truckers and I have always do it but never did while younger due to making sure my family was taken care of, But I never thought that at 47 yrs old and 14 yrs of marriage that I would be on my own I am divorced and that's ok even though who would of thought it. Anyway I don't want to look back and say what if so here I go to change my life and do want and need. If you have any helpful tips or just want to chat just holler. C ya on the road.

School newbie

I am going to start school with celadon on Monday I believe it is my best fit. My brother and sister in law are truckers for 16 yrs now and they say the company is a good one. But I would like to know how well the school is now compared to a year ago and it sounded new and confusing lol. I am starting late in the game I am 47 yrs old proud mom and granny but I want a different life I have always loved trucking with family and all, I want to travel I have been stuck in dead in jobs all my life and I always try to find the reason day to day to love it. I just want to know that for someone my age its not to late for me to start. my family is not crazy about it but I want to do this for me.

any ideas or help would be great I will be going to Indiana school. thanksthank-you.gifTruck Driver's Career GuideCompany-Sponsored Training
