Is there anything against wearing skirts while otr? I can understand . . . .
Catherine we 'ave ONE lady driver . . . and never see her in skirts. But then again, our job requires construction 'safety gear' which also excludes 'shorts' (which, in your OTR case, would 'prolly make better sense!!)
You'd be a hit at the truck stop, probably confused for a 'lot lizard'??
ngl I'm more concerned about what my possible employers will say about me than literally anything else? I understand safety regulations and will adhere to them, but I'm looking at the company website that says, no dress code, just look presentable, and wondering how true that actually is

I know that this is an INCREDIBLY old thread, but I figured, since it's here:
Is there anything against wearing skirts while otr? I can understand changing into pants for possible repairs and such, but if there isn't a uniform in place? I switched to buying skirts a few years ago, and want to know before I start school if I need to buy pants

Clothing what to wear
Ah, thank you, both of you! It's good to know that there are people who do wear skirts also, and taking at least one pair of pants was on the hypothetical list too :-)
