What the best place to start

Just getting into the driving world what should I look for in a company when I am just starting. I have no points ever no accidents no DUIs what should I ask look for any help will be great i've only had two jobs in my whole career and I've been with them each 10 years

Looking For Grants

Is there any kind of grants for getting my cdl. Or is my only optionis going through a company's school. I tryed to get into Michigan works but I make to much at my current job and my credit isn't high enough without a co signer and I don't have that option Thanks
